TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Initial Concept Development: The Designer crafts three tailored design concepts within 5 to 10 working days, ensuring a thoughtful and collaborative start to the project.
2. Revision Allowance: The price includes three general corrections or revisions after the selection of the logo option. These revisions aim to refine and enhance the chosen design to meet the Client's requirements and expectations.
3. Additional Concept Fee: If the Client desires more options beyond the initial concepts, a $500 fee covers the creative effort and time to develop an extra concept, accommodating specific preferences and expanding design choices.
4. Reproduction and Privacy: I maintain the authority to replicate, publish, and exhibit the outcomes within my portfolios, websites, and diverse media or exhibitions, with the intention of acknowledging outstanding creativity and fostering professional growth. If the Client requires project confidentiality, a $300 fee ensures privacy measures, allowing discussions on customized arrangements with the Designer.
5. Project Duration Limit: The duration of the project must not exceed a specified timeframe of 30 days, depending on the nature of the project. This timeframe ensures timely completion and delivery of the project within the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Utilization of Unused Designs: Any design concepts or options presented during the project that are not selected as the final design may be utilized by the Designer at their discretion. This grants the Designer the flexibility to repurpose and make use of their creative work.
7. Transfer of Project Entitlements: Upon the release of the full project payment, all project entitlements will be transferred to the Client. This ensures that the Client gains complete ownership and control over the finalized project.
8. Project Cancellation and Refund: In case of project cancellation, except for violations of the Designer's terms, no refund will be issued, and the project rights will not be transferred. The Client acknowledges that the project remains incomplete, and therefore, waives the opportunity to provide a written review. Nevertheless, the Designer values honest feedback for completed projects, fostering a collaborative environment. It is crucial for the Client to demonstrate commitment upon project initiation.
9. Acceptance of Terms: Prior to selecting the service, it is essential for the Client to acknowledge and fully accept these terms and conditions. It is recommended to review and understand these terms thoroughly to ensure a clear understanding of the rights and obligations associated with the project.
