Please review our project terms and conditions below. By proceeding with this project, you'll be agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. Original Work Guarantee
The designer guarantees that the final design is an original work and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. Upon project completion, the client will receive the design rights for the chosen concept, including the logo files. However, font licenses and font files are not included in the final deliverables.

2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing clear and concise instructions at the beginning of the project and during the revision process. This will help ensure that the designer understands the client's needs and can deliver a design that meets their expectations.
3. Design Process
Within 5 days of invoice confirmation, the designer will provide the client with 10-15 initial design concepts based on the client's description. The client will then have up to 40 rounds of revisions to refine one of the proposed concepts.

4. Additional Concepts
If the client chooses to receive more than one final concept, an additional fee of $400 will be charged for each extra concept. Any preliminary concepts that are not chosen as a final concept will remain the property of the designer.

5. Project Timeline and Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the project will be automatically finalized 90 days from the date payment was secured. If the client cancels the project for any reason other than the designer's failure to comply with the terms, no refund will be issued, and no design rights will be transferred.
