Daniel Berry made my first 99designs contest experience very good. Will contact him again for future work. Quick replies, answered all my questions simply and directly. Very patient when I had unexpected delays in my timing. Educated me on a few things about design when I asked, which will help me run better contests in the future. He submitted later in the first round, so the biggest plus for me was his willingness to continue tweaking, changing, resizing, reshading things several times after the contest was over until we had the minimalist cover wanted even though somewhat different then the initial winning design. I wasn't sure how willing a designer would be to do that after being declared winner, but he was great.
