I make the logo, with a display typeface that I've modified. I also use the football icon in the D letter. So it makes the D letter can be standalone in a emblem or icon.

The owner suggest that I use combination of orange and light blue. Which I found it perfect with bright red as the color of sports and spirits. So, here's the outcome.
