Only hard surface, which includes,
Furniture, Products, Electronics, Food items, Automobiles etc..

The following materials can come handy.
** Original image of the product/material
** purpose (to calculate the detail)

the deliverables will also include the 3D file.

I work with 3DS max and Maya. The model can be delivered in .obj or fbx format if planning to use on other softwares.
