For the past 35 years we have been selling real estate as O'Connor Sales & Realty, Inc. Now we are looking for a more professional branding to our company. We decided to change the name because we decided it sounded more professional. We are looking to get into a larger real estate market. We have a company that dominates the market on listing properties, so our signage is a huge part of our marketing strategy.

We want our brand name to stand out. People looking to buy or sell real estate are embarking on the most emotional decision of their lives. We want them to see our sign and feel like it gives off a sense of professionalism. Being Irish, we have always had a shamrock included in our sign in the past. This is not a requirement but it would be interesting to see it back. Be creative but also be aware that these real estate signs are a major marketing strategy for generating listings. We want it to stand apart from the pack and urge people to come to us for business.
We are currently in a market that extends about an hour in every direction. Most of our listings are in the $60,000-$100,000 range. We want to break into the larger markets around us that have more listings in the $250,000-$500,000 range. We have the experience and now want the name and signage to reflect the attitude of our business. The images below have been what we were using for years and we would like to change gears. Originally we were an auction company doing 70% auctions and 30% real estate. Now we are primarily real estate. We want our signs to reflect that.
