Create a chic window sign for a trendy real estate office

I want a sign that has a somewhat modern look. The sign likely will be vinyl material since it's being installed on a large clear window in the front of the office. I would like to possibly incorporate a house element into the sign as attached but it's not mandatory. Since it's on a window a background color won't be necessary but possibly a graphic as shown in the attached pics. The sign content should read : New Home Sales Center . Since I want large Bold letters within the window space I have to work "New Homes" should be one line and "Sales Center" underneath.

I would like to incorporate the aqua color tiffany uses in their logo. I also really like the color in the pic that has a light illuminating through a thick glass counter attached and other color(s) that make a good contrast or appeal to the target demographic. Please use more than one color!! A dark brown or maybe white letters with aqua borders or shadowing around the letters!!!!!! You tell me since you're the artist. The window measures 52"wide x 63" high. The lettering should be easy to read and large since the goal is to get the attention of cars driving by at 20-30 mph. The target demographic is sophisticated high income females 55 years old plus. Think urban, downtown, trendy retirees. The last two photos I've uploaded are the physical location and the neighbor. White lettering and graphics are acceptable. EVERBODY PLEASE WORK OFF A BLACK BACKGROUND TO REPRESENT THE WINDOW (I"ll understand the sign maker will not be reproducing the black and it ONLY represents the window when using white colored lettering and graphics. BLACK lettering and graphics are not going to work on a window!!!!! Please Do Not submit black lettering or graphics!!!! I think they'll get lost in the reflection and not be read from cars driving by the office. Turquoise and white, possibly dark browns is the color palette I'm leaning towards.
