We are beginning construction of Windsor Terrace. We want to use the hoarding (the west and south walls surrounding the construction site) for two purposes: (1) as advertising to sell Windsor Terrace residences and (2) as a display of support for a local charity.
These are large areas (as indicated in the attached image).
The west wall (West Hoarding Display) is 26 metres long and 1.83 metres tall. The wall consists of 9 panels.
The south wall (South Hoarding Display) is 33 metres long and 1.83 metres tall.
The bottom of the display walls will be raised 0.61 metres off the ground level.
The wall panels may either be plywood that is painted and then design decals are attached, OR it may be metal mesh fencing to which we attach printed design scrim signage. We prefer the plywood for a more solid structure.
The south wall will be displayed to a much largest volume of traffic. The panels on the west and on the south do not need to match (not book ends).
An image is attached that illustrates some of the features that appeal to us. Clean, simple, effective, with a touch of something different that's eye catching. For example, the attached image has minimal wording but offers a "sneak peek" of another WestOak Development...the condo project in that example with an illustration of a fork lifting a curtain. We like the sneak peek idea, but don't feel restricted to this or any other idea. We're interested in seeing what tag line can be created with the design concept. And feel free to use inspiration from our existing websites and the images below.
Some of the basic advertising elements we'd like to see in the signage:
(i) an indication of _____ % Sold
(ii) big, simple section that contains the name of the project/our project logo and our sales phone number 780-887-1928 and website http://www.windsorterrace.ca
Lastly, we need a good amount of area allocated to one of our charitable initiatives. A description along the lines of...the following members of the Windsor Terrace project team as proud supporters of the University Hospital: and then the consultants on our team and trades who make donations to the charity will have their logos printed and displayed on the wall signage. But we also want to encourage the general public to donate to the University Hospital Foundation by directing them to the UHF at 780-407-7007 and their website http://www.universityhospitalfoundation.ab.ca
Also attached is one of our marketing brochures to illustrate some of the many features of the Windsor Terrace project, for your reference.
