Create a logo for a french parcel transport marketplace

ColisConsult (name made of two words "colis" means "parcel", "consult" refers to consulting) is a consulting business that helps companies (e-commerce business and regular medium and large business) to reduce their parcel shipping costs by launching a transport RFQ/tender very easily.

colisconsult allready have a logo (see enclosed doc). but it's too oldfashion. so I want a new one. A new logo will be welcome, especially due to the fact that we are launching a new online service : we are going to help companies to receive new parcel shipping rates from several carriers very easily (transport marketplace). logo design must be "modern" and "sober". it must be OK for a transport consulting business so also "serious". it does not necessary needs to be in line with existing logo. the french baseline that I mentionned in 99design form "Réduction des coûts de transport depuis 2005" means "transport cost reduction since 2005". I would like a logo with the baseline, and another one without. last : I would like the logo to be usable in full white color to be displayed on a photo (for my futur website homepage). may the best designer win !
