I am a real estate agent building out my team. I currently belong to a brokerage, but am beginning to expand and under the "Rise" name. I service buyers, sellers and investors and my primary business is in Utah, but I am also licensed in California. Although I don't technically service a niche demographic, most of my marketing is to past clients for referral business and around those that expect more out of their real estate agent than just listing a home on the MLS. I want my brand to portray professionalism and excellence while also showing we are small enough for the personal touch and care about the client on an individual level. In addition, my aim is to create meaningful, lasting relationships with my clients. I would argue most people do not find a new service provider every time they are in need of a product or service, whether that is a Dentist, Barber, Auto Mechanic, etc., especially if they are high quality. I want to be that go to person/company when consumers have a real estate need. I provide extraordinary customer service and client experience all while saving clients money over traditional agents and brokers.

I am a very analytical person and love using technology in my business. I am looking to expand my brand beyond just myself as a single agent and am at the beginnings of forming a team and eventually into my own independently owned brokerage. I started using the "Rise" name to mean rising above the ordinary and traditional. Real estate is constantly adapting and evolving and I go above and beyond to service my clients. Many agents have the philosophy that there is is a standard price when selling real estate and the services are set in stone. They fail to think outside the box and lack creativity when it comes to selling and buying real estate. My philosophy is why can't a seller just pay for the services they want or need and avoid the ones they don't. Why does a buyer have to match a specific criteria before assisting them in their home purchase journey? There shouldn't be cookie cutter products/services with such huge investments - such as real estate - and the wildly varying individuals who own them for so many different reasons. I believe I am able to offer services and have ideas that other agents and brokerages may have not even thought of yet or wouldn't dare incorporate. Technology and creative marketing is becoming more ubiquitous and ever more important in how we service the real estate community. Rise is creative, youthful, tech savvy, and adaptive in assisting those who expect and deserve more.
