My practice (GetBusinessMomentum, Inc.) helps CEOs and Owners of small-to-midsized businesses get what they want out of their business through a complete, highly proven suite of tools and processes--a business management system. I work with the entire Leadership Team, and help them (a) get 100% on the same page on where the company is going and how it will get there, (b) get the disciplines and accountability mechanisms to become masters of execution, and (c) get to function as a cohesive, healthy leadership team. I serve as a (1) teacher of the system, (2) accountability coach for the team, and (3) facilitator for the team. Target market (audience) is: Owners, CEOs and COOs of entrepreneurial small-to-midsized businesses (10-500 people, $1.5M-$250M in revenues), worldwide (dominantly in North America, but not exclusively) who are frustrated by the ceiling their business seems to have hit, want to get their business to the next level, are willing to be open to transformation, are interested in working ON their business, and can trust a proven system to get them, over time, to where they want to be.
