We are rebranding our existing company, “Hibou T’Choux” which is French - “Hibou” means owl, “Bout Choux” means an endearing term for a baby. The name is a play on words in French and hence does not translate to English. You can see the existing website, products, and current logo. We do NOT need to make the BitsyBon logo similar to the existing Hibou T’Choux logo. The new website will be bilingual, English and French, based on the user’s location/preference.
A very rough view at the new BitsyBon's "in-progress" store:
Note we are likely to use similar theme/colour for BitsyBon's website as this store: https://ca.cuddleandkind.com
Also we plan on putting a "BB" or "bb" logo/design on each of our items as our way of identifying an "authentic" BitsyBon. Similar to Xavier Roberts' signature on the bum of every Cabbage Patch Kid.
Update: Sept 19
Hi, thanks to all designers for the great submissions so far! A few notes -
- For the name BITSYBON, can we please make the two Bs bigger than the other letters? So "BitsyBon", or "BITSYBON" with the Bs larger font, or "bitsybon" with the b's larger font; that way people read it as "Bitsy-Bon", instead of not being sure if it's "Bit-Sybon", etc.
- We do like the idea of a "mascot", an animal in the logo. A moose is a very "Canadian" symbol and we love advertising we are a Canadian company with products assembled in Canada.
- We really like the colours used in this company's logo (the "pattern" colours): https://pitterpattern.com.au
- For a secondary "BB" symbol, one designer was very clever and made "bb" into a heart. ❤️
Thanks again, can't wait to see more submissions!
