**I see 24 designers are watching this project, but no one has submitted a design** //If you're watching this content please do submit something - or ask questions if something isn't clear. There are more social media banners to be made, which means more $ to be earned\\ The company: Established in 2010, Subscribe-HR is the leading provider of codeless Cloud HR Software in Australia & New Zealand (SaaS). The Subscribe-HR platform offers a suite of 13 HR technology solutions is used by mid-sized organisations (across a broad range of industries) to manage their entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. Subscribe-HR’s codeless #HRtech generates efficiencies and cost savings through better management of employee information and processes across areas like: e-Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Core-HR, Self-Service, Team Dashboards, Performance Management, Surveys and Payroll integration. Website: https://www.subscribe-hr.com.au/ Current LinkedIn background / banner: https://au.linkedin.com/company/subscribe-hr We need a LinkedIn company page banner that tells the story of the benefits of using Subscribe-HR’s software. The story the banner should tell is: Using Subscribe-HR’s software is about the efficient management of employee data throughout the entire employee lifecycle from hire to retire. The benefits this provides to users (HR managers, People & Culture Managers, plus end-users – aka employees) is that ultimately, they do better work more efficiently, their wellbeing improves and they get to enjoy life more… There are three sets of images you have available to use for the banner: 1. The meditating figure = people energy centre management. The message here is that when you use Subscribe-HR’s software, you don’t just manage data, you improve the wellbeing of employees, resulting in a benefit that’s like meditation – aka it is good for you / you feel zen. 2. Solution icons (there are a selection of icons for Subscribe-HR’s solutions that you can pick and choose from - I haven't included all of them. There are more available, if you want them just ask). 3. Images that reflect the benefits of using the software, like a holiday / leave, getting paid / extra bonuses, etc (for more info about the benefits, please read and look at the images on this page: https://www.subscribe-hr.com.au/hr-software-use-cases. If you can't source 2D illustrations that match exactly, then as long as they tell the story of positive benefits, then go with that). NOTES: 1. Any images you use to reflect benefits photos should be 2D illustrations, not photos. We do not currently have any of these illustrations and you are requested to source them yourself and ensure they’re branded / coloured using the Subscribe-HR colours. It is ok to use 2D stock illustrations / icons, but if you do, try and source illustrations that align with the style of the solution icons and / or with the 2D illustration provided as an example / sample. 2. You are not obliged to use 4 solution icons or 4 photos – please use your design intelligence to make a banner that is balanced and harmonious, not overcrowded / busy with too many different elements. 3. I’ve used swirly dotted lines to create / imply a flow – you don’t have to. Straight solid lines, or any kind of lines (or a dot matrix grid) can be used – be creative. 4. The banner explainer I’ve put together is a very bad reflection of what we’re aiming for, don’t interpret it too literally, but make sure you do include the elements we’ve asked you to use. What we’re after, from left to right, is a flow implying an energetic connection (perhaps use lines or dots to connect the different elements and illustrate the flow) between the meditating figure, the solution icons and then the images representing the ultimate benefits of using the software (better work, better work environment and wellbeing at work, and more time to enjoy life outside of work). You will notice there are some examples of social media banner pages by other tech companies to use as a guideline. If anything isn’t clear, or if you’re not sure about anything PLEASE ASK. There is more banner work for the right design/er after this first one is completed.
