New venture: I have an existing established mortgage brokerage called Carrie Cardinal Mortgage Broker. I am now teaming up with two business partners to form a new brokerage called The Mortgage Market Regina. My main concern is my personal branding as I am recognized in the market place for this and wish to remain an individual within the new brokerage.
