Winner must provide a modifiable vector-based image file, and design needs to be compatible with standard 81/2 x 11 paper size, and standard business envelope

Feel free to be creative - the logo image of the stethoscope with dog and cat is important, but color, font, and position of text in relation to the logo image can all be modified.
