Pixmac Microstock Photography - http://www.pixmac.com (Pixmac)
Founded in September 2008, Pixmac is a fast-growing microstock site with more than 11 million photos and vectors available for sale. The young team is based in Prague in the Czech Republic.
http://www.pixmac.com is a fast, user friendly website with lots of cool features and not a lot of fuss. A designer is able to select and download an image in as little as 3 minutes. We don't even make people register if they don't want to - so there is no username or password or forget. Some of us are designers ourselves...so we've made the site the way we would like it! (hopefully anyways).
We have tried to develop a really open and fun culture that focuses on helping the world's designers do their work quickly and
easily. We are also very passionate about the work itself.
This is an interesting blog entry about the culture we are trying to develop:

We are trying hard to move away from the herd of other microstock photography companies - and offer something that looks and feels a bit different. That's the idea anyway - we are calling it the 'Pixmac Revolution' !
Our target audience are graphic designers, web designers, art directors, creative directors, business owners and entrepreneurs - basically anyone who has a need to licence and buy great imagery for their website and print based projects. We also want to wear the T-shirt ourselves and use as a promo item, and in competitions and giveaways.
We'd really love some cool designs to choose from that designers might like to wear themselves. The brief is really very open (good and bad I guess!). One idea is to do things that relate to the graphic design world in general...maybe using copy like '360dpi' or 'CKMY' - general words that other designers would recognize.
I like long sleeve black t-shirts, but that's just my preference - the others in our office might like pink or loud colours. I like subtle designs with branding very minimal, whereas others like big bold designs shouting 'Pixmac'. I guess you need to try and design something that you would wear yourself to the pub ! (if you win, I'll send you one of the printed ones...and you can do just that!). Also...nothing to do with the brief - but the T-shirt will be printed on heavy good quality cotton..nothing worse than a cheap t-shirt eh?
As a stock photography company - we ask you to avoid using anything that is a trademark or has intellectual property issues - so no Marlyn Monroe or anything like that as we'd not be able to use it.
I am uploading our normal 'fingerprint' logo (which isn't on our site at the moment..as we have a guest 'Turkey icon' on there for USA Thanksgiving!)
We also have recently 'adopted' a little pink monkey that you might like to use. He's not been introduced into our branding yet - so a T-shirt with him would be his world 'debut' !
