The t-shirts are aimed at people working within the treecare industry. This encompasses climbing arborists, foresters, wood millers, firewood merchants etc etc. The t-shirt designs need to appeal to a wide range of each of these sub professions. The designs shouldnt be too large. I am definetly not looking for all over designs, rather a combination of medium sized, and also some minimalistic type designs. Ideally the designs should just be 1 colour, but 2 colours can be used as a maximum if needed.
I have several ideas which could be individual ideas or even combined. i am looking to award multiple winners so any combinations could be considered.
I would like to see an exploded diagram of a chainsaw, similar to the hanes car manual style image. Examples of this if you are not familiar with them can be found here https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=haynes
I also like the idea of using a chainsaw blade as part of a design. It could possible be just one tooth of a chain used in an imaginative way, or even a length of chain...again used in an imaginitive way. You can see examples of what a chain tooth looks like here https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=chainsaw
Another idea is a retro style t-shirt with a pseudo logging company with the text 'arbtalk logging co'. This would include artwork of a logging company at work which could be something simple as a logger felling a tree, or an image of a woodyard stacked with wood.
************ NEW BRIEF ****************
Please see image haynes1.jpg. This is an example of a t-shirt I like. I like how there is a main image of the complete unit, then around that there are secondary diagrams of some of the internal components.
haynes2.png is a good example of what i would like to see as the central 'complete' unit.
haynes3.jpg is also a good example of the sort of style I want to see, albeit the particular saw featured is a very old unit so wouldnt be suitable in its present form.
chainsaw1.png could be a suitable example of one of the sub diagrams, as could aspects of chainsaw2.jpg
The vespa logo on haynes1.jpg could be replaced with the treeshirtz logo
