The design should be tribal, survivor reality show inspired.
Brand colours are #29a7e6 blue (primary) and #f76719 orange (secondary/accents.)
We’re an IT team that builds and supports an automotive parts e-commerce platform operating in New Zealand and United States.
The t-shirt is for a company-wide “hackathon” event, where employees get to work on their own projects for two days.
The event theme is inspired by the Survivor reality show.
The event primary goal is to show how quickly the team can deliver/produce something of value.
As a throwback to delivering quickly and automotive background, the event is called “Accelerate.”
Other artefacts that may be relevant to the event are, but not limited to:
Sprockets (attached), car parts, monkey wrench, programmer jargon, Wellington (company headquarters in New Zealand), Chicago (company office in USA), kiwi slang.
Accelerate – the event name can be referred to as Accelerate 2017, Accelerate ’17, ParsTrader Accelerate ’17 etc.
PartsTrader – company name

Event tagline inspired by Survivor reality show tagline – “outsmart, outhack, outcode”
Lo que debe evitarse
No identifiable third party brands.
Avoid overwhelming complex designs.
Avoid gradients as they’re difficult to accurately reproduce.
Avoid forcing brand colours into the design.
The company name shouldn’t dominate the design.
This is a design people should want to wear without feeling like a walking advertisement.
