Superficially Random Manager looks like a t-shirt business. Some humor, some wit, some amazing art work by @agilesensei, but a t-shirt business nonetheless. But it is not. Random Manager is a business dedicated to starting and supporting powerful conversations. T-shirt can influence your career.

So far one of the founders has been creating the designs and as you can see he is pretty good at it as well. But it is becoming a to big time constrain on his other activities. Therefore we are looking for one or multiple other designers that could work with us on a regular basis.
We are running this contest to find those designers.
Below here are the different ideas described for which we would like to see a t-shirt. You can choose to create only one, but if possible we would like to see more samples of your creativity. We are giving you multiple options to give you more freedom in the process.
The chosen design will be printed and sold in our store! The design should be delivered as a PSD, AI, or PNG in 300DPI
As you can see, we are very focused on the IT world so some affiliation with that will definitely help you come-up with the right design.

The basic idea is that some developers are so bad at writing code that in order to minimize the amount of damage created by them they are promoted to manager.
Quote: "In targets we trust"
Managers like setting targets, for performance, reaching goals, anything. But any target can be reached, without resulting in the wanted results. I.e if you for example say people should code at least x lines of code a day then developers will just create bad code consisting of many lines.
Quote: “Stop starting, start finishing”
It is a common meme in software development that new things are getting started all the time, but not many things are being properly finished.
Quote: "Fredrick Taylor fan club"
Fredrick Taylor is the father of the scientific management method, when he developed this method he was working for Ford, so this would be a good graphic to add.
Quote: "My manager got a bonus and all I got was this lousy t-shirt"
When things go well he manager profits, when things go bad it is the developers fault.
Quote: "Sorry, I only have blue pills"
Managers don't like dealing with the truth, it is easier to believe in a fantasie world and delay any measures till the last moment, often too late.
