¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu t-shirt?
I own a construction company called Keystone Basement Systems, Inc. We perform residential foundation repair so I need my guys to look professional when they work at a customer's home. In the past I have mad a lot of poorly designed t-shirts that quite honestly sucked. The guys never wore them. Even worse, because we have had so many versions and colors, the crews lack uniformity on the job site because everyone has a different version or color. I am looking to change that. I am looking to create the definitive T-Shirt for my guys. I want it to be look cool and professional.
I understand that most people think a t-shirt for a construction company worker needs to be boring. I don't agree with that. I would love to have a t-shirt that is "cool" from the guys perspective.
Please understand I do not want tacky, busy or the guys wearing a billboard that looks bad. Rather I want a shirt that looks so cool they will want to wear it when they are not at work.
I love the colors of light blue, grey an navy blue, but I am open to anything.
My main goal is to have a cool t-shirt that the guys want to wear all the time. I want them to show up to jobs all wearing the same shirt. I want them wearing the shirts even not at work. This would allow more exposure to my company name. The name Keystone Basement Systems is long, so making that front and center seems like a mistake. Most people refer to us as "Keystone" so I think that should be how we name the company on the shirt.
The logo does not necessarily need to be on the shirt. If it works, great...but don't be shy about removing it.
Lastly, a lot of companies put the phone number of the business on the shirt. My thought always was that if you are interested in the work going on from afar you are going to walk up to the worker and talk to them rather than calling a number on a shirt from afar. Therefore, no phone number should be on the shirt as it makes it "less cool."
I want everyone, even office staff, wearing these shirts around.
Lo que debe evitarse
Some things to avoid are colors that do not look good dirty. In the end they will be working with these shirts so a color like white makes very little sense as we work in the mud a lot and white would show the stains easily.
