Banner for webpage

Looking for a classic, Asian-inspired banner for my new blogsite entitled internal energy arts.com. I'm a martial arts instructor teaching the health aspects of these ancient arts. More details...

I'm starting a blogsite and want the name, Internal Energy Arts, to appear in banner. My colors are blue, black and gray. Follow the link to see a pic of my current logo http://www.taodeleau.com. I'd liek this design incorporated as well.

- match current color scheme; I don't want to use additional colors (white, gray, blue and black only)
- Type, main header: "Internal Energy Arts"
- Subtitle: Water Method Chi Gung, Ba Gua Chang and Wu Style Tai Chi Taught by Paul Cavel
- logo from current site as mentioned above
- type that complements Calibri font; nothing too scripty, Asian/Chinese-inspired
- something classic and natural looking
- All caps for title or not is okay

- cheesy, cartoon-ish, sci-fi effects
- overly bold
- scripty fonts
