Community site for church congregations

We are the owners of http://www.itforacause.com and we are in the process of developing a faith-based community website which will eventually be hosted at FaithMesh.com. This site will include many Facebook/Twitter style features however it will target church congregations. To this end the site will allow users to sign up under their church and create and view comments, prayers, photos, events, and members that belong to their church.

The target audience will be church members and church employees.

Need two pages designed for FaithMesh.com that are clean, professional, and user friendly while being unique compared to other social networking sites.

1) The Home Page should be broken up into two areas. One area for church members and the other area for church employees. From this page church members will be able to find their church and sign up under it. Also church employees will be to sign up their church so that it appears on the site. Both users types will be able to login into the site if they already have an account on Faith Mesh. The other links of this page would be the lost password page, advertise page, terms and conditions page, privacy policy, about us, contact us, and help page

2) The Landing Page is the main page that users see once they login. This page will allow users to enter and view comments and prayers, upload and view pictures, view a snapshot of church members, church events, member search, and link to all areas of the website such as their profile. It should have an advertisement area for Google AdSense. I will be developing the code utilizing AJAX controls therefore your visual design for this page can be clean and dynamic (like Facebook, Google, and 99Designs are).

I uploaded some spherical icons to a zip at http://www.itforacause.com/faithmes…hIcons.zip. I am currently using this icon on http://www.itforacause.com but I want to use it for http://www.FaithMesh.com as well since they are related.
