Would like to update current website with a total new design. The newly designed site will be hosted and using a more powerful architecture. The site should be more visual than informational with the use of warm colors. I need to showcase pictures of my houses.

The site should be more visual than informational regarding the layout, with the use of warm colors. I need to showcase pictures of my houses.  The site should project an upscale, or classy look.  I will be using some of the same info. that is on my current site, but adding more, so I need to be able to add pages if necessary.  My current logo, and catch phrase needs to be utilized within the site. I do want my website to be unique and simple.

- Item 1...Warm colors, crisp and inviting that might supplement the logo
- Item 2...Visually apealing to the eye
- Item 3....able to add pages that I have currently on the site.
- Item4 ...Simple design

- Item 1...No Blues, warm colors only
- Item 2...No templated looks
- Item 3...do not want a cluttered look
