Craigslist Template for Apartment for Rent

I need a pretty template for posting apartments available for rent to craigslist. Full coding required and it must work on craigslist, they have restrictions on what tags they allow, etc.

My software product is used by Real Estate Agents that work in apartment rentals. Among other things I help them advertise there listings on craigslist. I already have a couple of templates and I'd like to add some more.

I tried to give as little direction as possible, I want you guys to use your design sense to come up with something beautiful. If you were looking for an apartment on craigslist, what would you want the ad to look like?

I would really love to find a designer that I enjoy working with, I have lots of design work that needs doing.

Must have a place for company logo (yet still look good if logo is absent)

Must have link to company website.

Company Name must be prominent

Must have prominent place for contact information, agent name, cell phone, office name, address.

Space for large pictures of apartment (apparently people hate small thumbnails

Important informatoin like Rent, beds, bath, date available should be clear.

The html should load quickly, which means you can't use lots of images all over the place. Just html would be preferable.
