Results Enterprises is a marketing & publishing company in Canada. Newly added is the real estate investing division that we are launching this Spring. We want to attract savvy professional real estate investors (only Canadians, not Americans) who are ready to invest their money in great real estate projects. We do our marketing mainly through online direct marketing. the people that we want to attract in the real estate investing divisions are professional / corporate real estate investors whose business is real estate investing. We require a professional, savvy, clean looking site to get that message across.

Professional, savvy real estate investors whose main business is to invest in real estate deals; professionals, serious about real estate investing, ready to make the leap and earn a lot of money through real estate investing. People who know the real estate market and want to start making money with it, they are serious about being in business and willing to invest time and money.
We focus solely on Canadian investors.

We are looking for a designer with Joomla experience who can design and set up a website in Joomla and make it user-friendly. One core requirement is to set it up so that the in-house marketing team can go in and change things, add video, audio images, forms etc. (easy modify it in Joomla without being an expert)

About the DESIGN:
- Professional (corporate, but not too corporate) looking website (to attract real estate investors); site design can be described as crisp, clean, sharp, professional looking to meet main goal (free to be creative around that as long as you stay within the theme)
- Solid colors – dark blue
- Canadian site and Canadian target market
