We're bunch of left handed people who are passionate about scissors. We want to publish articles and other content (videos, printouts) related to work with scissors. We will start with paper cutting, creating different form from paper with your children and then explore other areas where scissors are used (hair cutting, gardening).

Our site is targeted on parents with creative children, professionals working with scissors and most importantly left handed people who care to get the ideal cutting tool for their left hand.

We require a website design for lefthanded-scissors.com (currently not existing). The structure of the site will be very similar to icondock.com - it will feature menubar on the top, js carousel with pictures in the middle part and the latest blogpost and recent posts at the bottom. There will be no dropbox (drop item here to shop) on the side.

The categories of the menubar will be Home - Blog - Scissors - About - Contact

The technology behind will be the same as well (Wordpress & WP E-Commerce plugin), the coding is not required, this is purely about the visuals.

Your design should feature:
- logo
- funny, playful, remarkable design & colors
- cartoons could work well
- nothing technological, steel-like
- think Edwards Scissorhands - something bit weird, but friendly

We will provide feedback starting on Monday.
