Design for wallpaper website. Easy, light, web2.0!

We are building a new product for web, android and iphone. A wallpaper app/website. We need a nice looking, fresh design. We've been in the industry for many years and know what works, and what doesn't. We are a small team of designers, programmers and marketers. Our focus is on mobile apps right now, so we can not devote enough time to our website. We need some one to help us!

Our market is all ages. The design needs to be light and simple for everyone to understand. Use of icons is a big plus but dont over do it. The most important element of the website should be wallpapers itself, so emphasize on that the most.

Design needs to be light, colorful and fun! This is a wallpaper website and it needs to have a simple, fast loading design. We would like you to stick to our existing navigation elements we already have on our site. And that means you are welcome to use any creative way to display website elements, as long as the navigation of categories, breadcrumb and top navigation is intact.

We like colors: black, white and blue + some red or green. But if you have a great color combo in mind, do not be afraid to suggest!

You are free to create any variation of the logo. This would be a plus!

We also need some space/icons for our social network links (facebook, twitter, etc)

1. homepage - top navigation, login/password box with links to login/register pages, resolution links, wallpapers list, category links, statistics block.

2. wallpaper page - everything that homepage has + breadcrumb, wallpaper, download links/buttons, wallpaper details, rating, comments block, related wallpapers list.
