I have a recommendation engine that can recommend visually similar products based on a product picture. Now I need to integrate this feature to an existing module of an e-commerce site.
I need a redesign of the existing "Recently Checked" module (https://elleshop.jp/web/commodity/0…2300901_sp) in both PC and mobile view.
The deliverables can be an interactive prototype or a video illustration.
Besides showing the original "Recently Checked" products, the design should also feature a module that shows similar product recommendations of one of the above recently checked products and shows how a user can see similar recommendations of other products in the "Recently Checked" products.
The design may have the following essential states of the screens:
1.default screen ( the cursor is not on any "Recently Checked" product)
2.when a user moves the cursor on one of the "Recently Checked"products, what the screen looks like
3.when a user moves to another "Recently Checked" product, how does it transition and what does it look like
2.how does a user see the similar recommendation of a "Recently Checked" product?
3.how does a user see the similar recommended products of another "Recently Checked" product?
Note: the design can't be an icon, it needs to display images of similar products (at least 20 products).
The challenge is two-fold -
1. The design should look intuitive to a user that the similar product recommendations are based on a product from the "Recently Checked" module.
2. The design should blend in well with the design guidelines of https://elleshop.jp
