EnstructUs.com

EnstructUs.com is a website for individuals to learn or share information in the form of videos.

EnstructUs.com will provide the framework for educators to post videos of their classes, demos, experiments etc. Corporations may also post videos regarding ongoing education, safety materials, orientation, etc for their employees.

The target audience is mainly professional educators, students and corporate employees that are required to have Continuing Education.

The two main segments of visitors are: Contributors (a professor, a department manager for a large corporation or even just an individual that wants to share their knowledge) and Consumers (a student, employee or someone who otherwise wants to learn through watching videos).

Visitors who come to EnstructUs to watch a video will normally be required to pay a nominal amount per video (in the range of $0.99-4.99) most of which is passed on to the author of the video.

Deliverables - Two Photoshop PSD files; well layered with proper licensing of any images, fonts, etc used in the design. If an image is not included in the design, please refer to the website that it can be purchased.

Stock Images - We mostly use fotolia and iStockPhoto, so if at all possible, choose comp images from those sites, since we already have accounts.

Please review all attached documents carefully. We will be checking the site daily if not multiple times a day, so please post questions that will help you design a great website.

The final product will be XHTML/CSS/jQuery, so please don't design with Flash in mind.

We have no official logo at this point, so please use a nice typeface style logo maybe with the word "Enstruct" in one color and the word "Us" in another color. We understand that the quality of such a logo will be for the website only and not available in vector format, but if you provide a vector based logo that's even better.

Home Page - General page that communicates to visitors what EnstructUs.com is about and provides easy information to both Contributors and Consumers.

Video Detail Page - Think of this page similar to a page on YouTube that displays the video, comments, ranking, etc that goes along with the video.
