A new and fresh way to search for apartments

I have been in the real estate field in Southern California for over 5 years and have done everything from property management, too sales, too finance. The thing that I enjoy most is meeting people and doing everything I can to help them find their new apartment/home. This is a two way street for myself and my team, we will help anyone in Los Angeles that is looking for an apartment, find their new home. As well as also help the property owners fill their vacant apartments so that they can make the returns they need. So as I see it I get the best of both worlds. We are a young group of professionals that take a very realistic and logical approach to renting apartments based off our own past experiences of renting apartments.

To be honest I am looking for everyone in Los Angeles! So for the most part every walk of life that need a clean safe place to live.

I am looking to build a very user friendly elegant apartment rental website in an art nouveau / art deco type style (Would consider other styles). The front page should have a very easy to use search box like http://www.zipreality.com. In the search box we are only going to search for cities in Los Angeles, CA area. I am going to be expanding to other cities in the US so I do want it to be easy (on the back site) to add states and cities.
I like the layout http://www.zipreality.com where you can select between buy and sell a home. In my case it would be Rent an Apartment and List your Building / Vacant Unit.
I would also like to have featured apartments on the front page like on http://www.move.com
And a Moving Assistance like http://www.apartmentfinder.com
I would like to have the following tabs on the page:
1. Home
2. Apartments for Rent- have the search bar on the page as well as a list of the properties for rent. see is http://www.helpmerent.com. Also include an email us about this property tab.
3. Single Family Homes For Rent- same as the Apartments but for homes for rent
4. Moving Assistance Center- have links to insurance agencies, moving cos., tips and hints, etc.
5. Property Owners- an outline of the services that we provide and how to contact us
6. Forms- have PDF’s of all the rental forms
7. Contact Us- all of company contact info.
