After viewing all of the designs, we have come to the conclusion that our communication strategy needs to be something very different. After seeing all of your designs, it has become very clear that the message we have asked you to communicate is wrong, therefore the designs are wrong. I know that yo may think that any content can be put in within the designs, however, this has to be rethought.
I have attached a power point of the core content of the site. The main focus is no longer Virtual Office, Service Office, Permanent Office. We now want to communicate entrepreneurship and innovation, energy and collaboration and industry diversity. Spaces and services needs to be prominent on the home page and easy to find for those looking for just that, but the 3 sections about should be the first thing users see. This communicates our difference to all the other spaces out there, which are either corportate stale serviced offices, or shared spaces with nothing other than space.
There is absolutely no design in the power point.. It is just laid out like it is to communicate to you, what is important.
We really do not want use stock images with people. They are really cheesy. We like a touch of humor in everything we do, but we don't want this to be extreme humor. We want to look professional and innovative, but have a sense of humor about it. I have included some images that can be used, or examples of they types of images that we like.
We need the design of the site to be not too complicated. We need the core information to pop out and be easy to find. We have decided not to use our pics for background, as it just looks too busy.
Anyway, if you are still keen to work on this, please see the power point and our new direction. Sorry for this change in strategy. However this process has been important because the results thus far show that we are not doing in the direction that will attract the right people to The CLuster.
Thanks, Chris & Kirsten
Please see the power point.
Please focus on:

Design elements similar to the below, however no cheesy stock images.
I have re-edited the old brief to be more inline with this new vision.
The home page is where it all starts. Here is where we want to attract members when they first arrive at the site. It needs to be very stylish and cool. Experimental designs ideas welcomed.
There should be a members login and join/register section in the top right corner. There needs to be a pop-up window (frame div) that we can use to either login or register new users on this first page. It will hover and be moveable and have a close(x) button it's top right corner... form elements will display on this pop-up. Form elements will look the same as form elements throughout the site. There needs to be an easy way to contact us, our phone number might feature on the front page also.
The home page needs to make the 3 core communication sections clear - Entrepreneurs & Innovation, Energy and Collaboration, Industry Diversity. This is the core of our communication strategy now. Spaces and Services is very important too, but secondary to the 3 above. We want this to be visible and stand out, however it should be something that people easily find if looking for it.
Having a list of our industries slowly scrolling discretely somewhere on the home page. This allows the user to get a quick truth as to the varsity of our clients. This message on the home page can be subtle, as it is re-visited in the "Industry Diversity" section.
Also a subtle presentation of the topics listed on page 12 of the power point need to be included. Images have been provided for these points if images are needed (i.e. green electricity).
The 2nd page can be the Entrepreneurs and Innovation page. Most of the other pages will be the same as this. Somehow there needs to be tabs or menu to the other sections on the home page (Industry Diversity/Energy & Collaboration/Spaces & Service). Even though there are many options in the main menu at the top, these options still should be listed on other pages.
The 3rd page would be a form page where members might send us their contact information or sign up for one of our services, or get a quote by filling out data. So this needs to be a general page that allows a form to be created and changed. There are many different forms and form elements, so we need an overall design of a form with elements that can be attached to create arbitrary forms. The main design task here is to create a modifiable, extensible form design where we can add or remove form elements.
