We are an elder law and long-term care planning firm that helps our senior population handle the devastating financial cost of long term care late in life. We handle “Senior” Estate Planning, Medicaid Pre-Planning and Medicaid Crisis Planning, VA Planning, Guardianships, Probate, etc. and we do this with a holistic approach, always attempting to maintain the independence and dignity of the senior, whenever possible.

List websites you like and describe what you like about them. Most of the other elder law websites have a softer feel than ours does and we would like to soften it a bit and maintain the integrity. Our goal from 99 designs is to have a two-page concept for our new web site (one for the home page, and one for inner content pages). We'd like to maintain a layout similar to the site we currently have (see above – two column w/left hand navigation), but one that is more user friendly and appealing to those searching the web. Another goal would be to have the directory on the left side of the page take up less room so that we could have more room for information on each page. We would like to enhance the presentation of the existing website and we would like to promote that our attorneys are not only attorneys but CPAs as well. There are not many elder law attorneys who have these credentials and we would like to capitalize this fact. Our firm also offers several free e-mail reports and a free Alzheimer’s resource kit – we’d like to have space above the fold (somewhere that is visible without scrolling) where we can have a placeholder for a video that plays automatically promoting one of these reports, and a sign-up form where someone can enter their first name, last name, and e-mail address (this form would go either immediately to the right, above, or below the video) promoting these reports.

The logos and pictures of the attorneys on our current site are appropriate for the new website. Stock photos would be appropriate in order to demonstrate the atmosphere of the practice.
