We are building a site for people to share what they want to do. The web site functions as a task management applciation, where people create and check off tasks, but friends can comment or provide assistance or accountability.
Our target audience starts with those who currently use task management sites and people who read business books or something like the 4 Hour Work Week or Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. They are professionals or at least aspire to be professional some day.
A core belief in this group is that time is money and are willing to spend to save time. They care deeply about productivity because they have big dreams and big ambitions. They may use twitter.com to be in the know and like Facebook as a way to share their ideas with the world.
Our site is aimed at people who have many goals in the real world and are motivated to accomplish them. Busy, focused, has a sense of the big picture, and knows he or she needs a little help to get to where they want to go. These people have friends and trust them enough to ask them to help them with their goals. Some of those goals include spending more time with family, advancing in their hobbies and career, improving their fitness, and advancing in their education.
