The first click (second page) of this site provides an easy to see clear navigation path. It is here that I would show our print subject matter categories.
http://www.henredon.com I like the simplicity of this site. We can rotate flash images of our product from different subject categories and have the categories listed on the margin as they are here.
The lines are clean and design is simple. The product is the total focus of the page and it pops. Navigation seems easy. The category pages land you on product you can buy. The page is also well designed using a large detail of a product photo coupled with the site menu on the left margin.

Our site will be used both for B to B and also retail selling.
Home page – instantly set a tone of quality and show our product application, such as a beautiful piece of wall décor in a room setting. This page should make it very clear that we are vendors of wall décor and have subject matter groupings within our line. Each of these subject matter groupings should either be seen above the fold or the icons for the groupings should begin above the fold to indicate scrolling will reveal other choices.
Grouping pages – should again denote quality and it would be best to have a room setting photo at the top of these major grouping pages that shows a room setting that best suits the subject matter of this grouping. Each available image should be easily seen by scrolling. Each grouping will contain between 15 and 100 choices. We will begin the site with six major groupings: 1. Flowers 2. Horses 3. Rodeo 4. Hubble Telescope Images 5. Sports 6. Duck Decoys
Product Pages – Once an image is selected from the groupings page the product page should provide all necessary information for a buying decision: price, dimensions, manufacturing specifications, etc.
