We are looking for a web site design for a web application called SimplyShortlist. The purpose of the web application is to shortlist candidates to jobs based on skill testing questions.
The way it works is that a company will create a series of skill testing questions which are then attached to an opportunity, a URL is created for the opportunity inside the tool and this can be; posted on a job board, twittered, directly emailed to people or embedded in a careers page.
The candidate find the URL, logs onto the tool and sits the questionnaire(s) as well as uploads their resume.
When the opportunity closes the company can see a graphical representation of candidates and their score and this allows them to easily shortlist.
The culture of the company is a young startup competing in the web space to show companies that there is a different way to hire staff. The product challenges thinking of companies.

The tool is aimed at companies who are looking to hire or who hire regularly but who are tired with the traditional hiring approaches. The tool is aimed at companies who hire many staff per year.
I am looking for a design which is bouncy, bright, clear and very web 2.0 like. I am about very simple applications which are easy to use, uncluttered and intuitive.
The logo can be text based or picture based, not too fussy. Ideally I would like to follow the current layout (http://www.delivertalent.com) but if you want to start over and blow me away then feel free. Feel free to use different colors and play with the logo, text size, color style.
One idea I had was to put a graphic on the front page which showed a list of people as person1, person 2 etc vertcially then showing a score from 0 to 400 horiztonally. Each person should have two bar graphs, one for av score and one for time. Then showing a text of "who would you shortlist?". I have attempted to create a mockup which is attached.
