We identify advertisements in podcasts, and organize that information to help podcasters learn which companies are buying ads for various podcasts. We also present this information to companies who want to advertise on podcasts, so they can better understand where competitors are spending their money.
Main themes revolve around podcasting/audio and data presentation/graphs. Leaning towards professional but not stiff, clean, and more minimal than busy. Some illustrations that come to mind: - a microphone - an audio waveform - a representation of an advertisement as a company name and product name, called out from an audio timeline - a graph

Just looking for an informational landing page. The main goal is to communicate what we do to each of our two audiences (podcasters and advertisers). There should also be a call-to-action, an email input form to learn more. This CTA should come early, above the fold. Since we are speaking to two different audiences, there could be something like two informational tracks that merge into one for the topics that are common to both audiences. Or some other way to differentiate the information that's unique to each audience. Here are a few sample sections and copy to build off of: What we do (both audiences): Podsights identifies ad placements within podcasts, and presents that information to podcasters and advertisers to help make better decisions. Overall problem statement (both audiences): Podcasts have become a significant platform for advertising, appealing to loyal, focused, and lucrative audiences. Podcasts are easy to download and play offline, which makes them easy to use, but also hard to measure for advertisers. For podcasters (podcasters): Get a meaningful picture of what kinds of companies are advertising on podcasts similar to yours, without spending hours listening to them all. For advertisers (advertisers): Learn where your competitors are spending their podcast advertising dollars, without listening to every podcast. Your interns will thank you. Grouping products with podcasts (both audiences): Your favorite podcast has ads for meal kit delivery, but what other podcasts have that same ad? Trends over time (both audiences): When did a product start running ads on a particular podcast? When did they stop? What's the best time of year to run nutritional product ads? Ad formats (both audiences): How long are the ads? Are they read by the host? Prerecorded?
