On the one hand, many sports and leisure time facility operators (called facility operators) currently struggle with optimizing the degree of capacity utilization for their facilities (e.g. a tennis court may be overbooked on the weekends but is mostly free the rest of the week).
On the other hand people often don't know what exciting sports and leisure time offers (be it facilities or clubs) are available in their city. Worse, a lot of people spend their spare time lethargically in front of their tablets ore smart phones.
Provide an efficient marketing channel for facility operators that addresses a precisely defined target group. Operators can significantly improve the capacity utilization of their facilities and ultimately increase their revenue.
Visitors on the other hand get access to a central repository with all sports and leisure time offers in their city at an unrivaled price.
In order to achieve this vision a membership program will be created. The program is supported by a web portal connecting facility operators (TWC partners) with visitors (TWC members).
As a member of the "Tu Was Club" (short TWC) one can benefit in two ways:
- Permanently get access to TWC partner facilities at a significantly reduced price
- Redeem vouchers of TWC partners that are only available for TWC members
- Take part in lotteries organized by TWC partners
A TWC partner benefits by being presented to a large, business relevant audience (e.g. people interested in sports). This can be through a profile page presenting the partner facility or through vouchers or lotteries featured on the home page of the portal.
We plan to launch with an MVP hence a couple of features are scheduled for later releases. The administrator will take care of managing the partner content in the beginning, so no special interface is required for now.
