Logo + webpage for poultry website

World Poultry is a magazine aimed at poultry professionals world-wide (in primary production, marketing and processing of eggs and poultry).
The magazine is accompanied by a website.
For the magazine and the website we are looking for a new logo design and website navigation design, which reflects professionalism in the global poultry industry. Logo should be used on website and in magazine.

Logo should contain website URL (without the www.) and must also be used as logo on the cover of the magazine (only World Poultry name without the .net part).

Red is the main colour used for this magazine and since it also deals with processing of poultry and eggs where a lot of stainless steel is used in equipment this stainless steel grey could be secondary colour.

The logo should be accompanied with a by-line:
"Your gateway to the global poultry industry"

Furthermore we are looking for a new modern Web 2.0 horizontal top bar navigation for the WorldPoultry.net website. On the test site http://worldpoultry.spadenet.com you can see the temporary design with horizontal navigation. This is a test site and does not reflect reality; however, the items present are real.

Also note that the banner positions and sizes are fixed, which we have to deal with. You will have to work around these.
