Modern, crisp, techy, approachable = “real-world slick” (i.e. cool looking but not over-produced, or we’ll scare away people because they’ll assume we cost a lot) Here's what I Love/Hate about our current site: LOVE: Blue/white is crisp Blog page is sharp Sorry, not much I love here, lol! Like that brochures capture info, but need them on service pages and in Blogs and More tab all in one place. HATE: Loads too slowly. Static pages that don’t move. Very text-heavy pages lacking images to break up. Lack of pathways to sustain engagement (e.g. Pages don’t link you to other pages consistently). Banners are different styles and heights. Client quote boxes in gray are depressing. Redundant page headers with text headers just below. Don’t hate it, but Contact form could be better. Action buttons vary from page to page.

Want font(s) to be modern and easily readable – don’t like narrow fonts. 3. I believe in the power of images to story tell. I want a clean look where folks are impacted by images and higher level headlines/data, and then they can hover or click through if they want all the details. (whereas right now, everything is laid out on current site, and it’s way too much/messy). Attention spans what they are, I know less is more – but I want folks to see the meat is there if they wish to validate (and these folks are the type who would). 4. Target Audience: FINANCIAL - banking, credit unions (FYI credit unions see themselves as quite different than banks, so we can’t bucket them), financial services, mortgage companies MEDICAL – all types of healthcare, pharmaceutical INSURANCE UTILITIES LEGAL NOTE: Presently, 85% or more of our clients are Banks and credit unions, because that’s where we started. However, healthcare is a big focus (bigger deals, better ROI, huge need/low hanging fruit). So we need to really represent our different sectors well. Target visitors/decision-maker titles: Chief Information Officer (CIO) Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Chief Risk Officer (CRO) SVP/VP of Information Technology, Compliance, Information Security, Risk Management, Audit, Operations, Corporate Compliance IT Director or Manager IT Internal Controls Director or Manager Compliance Director or Manager Risk Director or Manager Persona: These are mostly executive level folks with tech knowledge, but they’re not by any means the super-techies that work under them. They are more compliance-focused and have an enterprise-wide lens on things. In decision making, they’re likely to attend to detail, so “meat” on website has to validate that we’re the real deal. See note under style re: how we could offer this content without muddying pages as much as they currently are. About 2/3rds are male, and majority are white and in financial sector (per note about history of our clientele, but focusing on healthcare heavily to balance going forward) We focus on the U.S., all states/regions. They are also looking at us (and competitors) because they HAVE to – i.e. we sell to regulated industries – they don’t have a choice about getting audited. They have a choice about WHO they work with. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT to know – our “sell” is on how we’re different, not that they need an audit. 5.
