Premium Home Swap site design

Premium Home Swap is a startup company in the home swap space. Our customers will use the service to swap homes when traveling around the world.

Site is being built by Alliance Software in Australia.

Obviously everyone that owns a home could technically swap. There are many home swap sites already available ranging from luxury to everyday homes however our aim is to take the home swapping concept to people with high quality but not necessarily exclusive homes (or locations). Therefore our site will be offering "premium" houses / locations, therefore the business name "Premium Home Swap"

In simple terms Premium Home Swap will be a home swapping service for the middle to upper middle class.

We are looking for an original creative design that relates to home swapping and represents our premium place in the market. We want to stress the 'premium" theme througout the site therefore the design needs to have a premium look and feel about it.

http://www.luxehomeswap.com is an example of site doing something similar so the functionality will be similar in a lot of ways.

Size should be limited to width of 960px maximum.

Colors used should play well with out logo which is attached.
