We need to perk up the top half of our Topic Pages (above the fold) so that we can send Search Engine (SEM) traffic to them, and they will more succinctly (i.e. visually, fewer words) sell Unigo’s value proposition.
Here is a sample current Topic Page: http://www.unigo.com/featured/findi…t_college/
Our Topic Pages (e.g. The Essay, The Application, Finding the Right College, etc.) have historically not been sales pages, but now we have a premium service to sell: one-on-one live chats via webcam, audio or IM. We need to tell people that, in addition to all the free content they can find on our Topic Pages (thousands of reviews written by top admissions and financial aid experts) they can now speak to these same experts and get personalized advice.
This product is for high school students and their parents who are searching and applying for college. We also have financial aid experts who can help students and their parents figure out how to pay for college. The usual cost for something like this is $500/hr, in the offline world. We have the very same people who charge that much, but for only $100/hr from the comfort of your own home, and with experts who are all over the country, removing regional restraints. Our service is useful for parents of all high school students, but primarily Juniors and Seniors.
Some of the major points to hit on: (rephrase the language to fit your creative)
1) Live help via video, not audio and text like other companies
2) Qualified & nationally respected experts (IECA and NACAC certified)
4) 100% satisfaction guaranteed
The call to action on the page should be "Find an Expert" and the next page will be a customized search results that filters for that specific Topic: http://www.unigo.com/search/Advance…sessions=5

Under the inspiration websites, we particularly like the H&R Block Live image which depicts someone talking to an expert via their laptop, as this is the same kind of interaction which takes place through our site. In other words, a live one-on-one conversation via webcam. It's nice to see both parties depicted in the same image.
