Small Los Angeles based roofing company looking to redo our website. The person who does the design may also be awarded the job of redoing the site as well an implementing the design.

We deal with mostly Property Management firms, Property Owners, Commercial companies and some small single family home owners. Our business is ONLY in the Los Angeles County market. Our main focus is commercial/apartment buildings so the main photo on the site should reflect that over a house, or some combo of buildings, but not just a single family house.

you can visit our current site at http://www.restoroofing.com. We want to keep the same basic navigation that we have now. You're welcome to pull stock roofing photos from the web also. The color scheme can change but the logo will remain the same. Looking for something lighter and airy, so no heavy dark colors. Also, we want to make sure the design is inexpensive to implement.

I've attached a word doc titled Website Roofing Home Page that has the verbiage we want on the home page as well as the NAV buttons. PLEASE DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THIS AND INCLUDE ALL THE INFO IN THAT DOC ON THE HOME PAGE.

It's also importnat our contact info be prominenty displayed on the home page.

We also want the BBB logo somewhere on the home page.
