The first page layout will be the homepage, a landing page to capture the purpose of the website. It will need to provide imagery of the relationship between service providers and residents, while clearly indicating the next action (signup, login, more information, etc). It may have related images depicting housekeeping, handyman, gardener, cpu technician, caregivers, cook, etc. Below the imagery will have two lists of available services (one for providers / one for residents). The page should have a footer section where various company links will reside.
The second page layout will be a generic content design. It will serve as a layout for both the actions of service providers and residents. It would reuse similar imagery and styling cues as the first page layout for a consistent look and feel. There will be at least a header, two columns and a footer. One column will be the primary content and the other contextual information (navigation, related links, feeds, etc).
