Our business is to sell vouchers that give access to compact coaching and training packages, lasting 40 days. The packages consist of individual (face-to-face) coaching sessions, a digital self-assessment and access to an e-learning environment.
Fortydays.nl believes that a person can learn new skills and thus adapt his or her brain within a period of forty days, provided that there is commitment ('yes, I want to develop myself!'), there is focus (on the skill to learn) and there is support (by a coach). We refer to research re neuroplasticity:(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroplasticity).
Actually, we sell two vouchers giving access to two different types of personal coaching. The Skills Voucher aiming at professionals wanting to develop certain skills like communication, assertiveness, receiving feedback etc. The Employability Voucher for professionals looking to develop themselves and their careers.
The page should set to action, especially to buy the vouchers we offer.
Also, it should give a bit of content and it should show pictures (black&white) of the coaches that can be selected by the coachee.
Once people have acquired a voucher, they can enter into the e-learning environment through the website.
The looks of the page should be business-like, but not boring. The coaches should look attractive.
The color scheme is mainly black&white, with green and a few small orange details.
Buttons should direct to: other pages like
- content page
- e-learning login
- coaches (profiles)
- scientific background (of neuro plasticity)
- customer fortfolio
Of course, a 'buy here' button should also be there.
Fortydays.nl would like to sell its vouchers to:
- Managers who would give a voucher to their direct reports, and enable them to start the coaching process
- Professionals who would buy the Employability Voucher for themselves
- HR Managers who would buy a number of vouchers for Managers and/or Employees
Fortydays.nl envisages to further develop its product offering by adding other vouchers in time. The homepage will have to be designed in a way that new vouchers can be added.
