Habitat Stepping Stone is a community education project to encourage householders in Sydney, Australia to help local wildlife by adding specific features to their gardens to create habitat stepping stones between existing wildlife corridors. The website provides information on habitat features (such as native plants, birdbaths and nesting boxes), includes the ability to pledge participation, and shows a map displaying the properties whose owners have pledged.
¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu web page?
The design should be inviting, friendly and responsive. It’s important that the site is easy to understand and navigate. The logo provided will be used on small signs that participating householders can attach to their front fences. The website doesn’t necessarily have to match it.
Photos are welcome to inspire people to participate. The photos on the finished website will need to be of plants, birds and animals that are local to the area (we have plenty), but other photos can be used as place-markers for design purposes at this stage.
The reference test site above shows most of the required functionality but don’t be limited by its current design.
