We are a recruiting company for Electrical Power Linemen (Lineworkers). These are the guys who work on the electrical power lines.
Companies look to hire the lineman, they go to "Lineman Recruit" and we provide them the necessary staffing for their projects.
Picture this scenario ~
HR representative (more than likely a female, perhaps even new at her position) receives directive from HR Manager, "We need to hire 5 Power Linemen, yesterday...!" (She might not even know what a lineman is)
HR representative goes to Google, types keywords, "recruit lineman"
My site displays on paid search ads on right side, HR rep clicks my link.
She needs to be blown away at how professional and up to date this site is. It needs to have enough of a "corporate look" as much as it has the "ease of use" look and feel.
What we do here at Lineman Recruit is offer two ways to locate the linemen our clients need:
First, "Pay Per Hire" model, where full tracking occurs of recrutier & candidate. Recruiter finds their match through our proprietary software and tracking tools, they pay for each hire.
Second, "Pay Per Download". Recruiter buys resume view credits in advance, they deal directly with candidate on their own terms.
Hope this helps!
