This blog's reputation is "freedom." We're known for talking about the internet marketing lifestyle, how to achieve, a little big of self development, and a few product reviews.
The main goal of the home page is to build trust and brand equity, while also calling attention to the opt-in form on the website. Our leads are huge for us and we seek to grab as many as humanly possible. The social buttons are big, as well, because they build some authority. As you'll see in the examples provided below, the home page is broken down into the header (which we've had trouble getting to really stand out), the sidebar, and the blog itself. We've never found a way to make them all really pop.
The second page is a blog post itself, and I'd like to see how Facebook comments and blog comments fit into this design. The header and sidebar can be exactly the same.
The attached images are what our current developer designed. They are okay, but I think you can do better. Also, our main color is blue, and I've attached a few pictures of our CEO, Ryan Moran, who is the face of this blog.
