New website design wanted for spreads

This solution will enable the customer (SMB) to advertise in the most popular advertising channels without trouble.

The customer will fill a simple form about their business (name, industry, address, images, etc) and the platform will do the rest.

initially we will support the following channels: foursquare, google and facebook.

My main audience are startups, small businesses, free lancers who need to advertise their business but they lack the knowledge or time to make it.

The name implies "spread + ads" using the concept that the solution will spread your ads, so the text "ads" should be highlighted in the word spreads (from a logo/symbol perspective)

Should be something that inspires cleanness, objectiveness and productivity. I think something with blue and white should do it (I am open to suggestions here, not even close to be my area of expertise).

Maybe using round shapes for the page elements (nothing to agressive)

I need a landing page which will describe the problem (too much trouble to advertise a product), the solution (the simplicity and objective of the solution), the price (we can use like $5/month subscription for now) and a "start right now!" button.

There also needs to have a login button somewhere in the top of the screen (like a really small header section) and we should have the signup button somewhere on the top as well (to increase the signup rate)

The landing page should follow the format of those long landing pages with several sections, examples:

Please do not use those "windows 8 like design/ui", this is a b2b product and this kind of ui does not fit in this industry.
