PW Pizza is located in the Centennial Malt House, home to Moulin Events, Malt House Cellar, Vin de Set and Grand Petite Market.
PW Pizza, which gets its name from its creators, Paul and Wendy, will focus on fresh seasonal ingredients prepared and served in a unique creative atmosphere. The menu will consist of pizzas, salads, soups and desserts with the bar focusing on craft beer and wine.
PW Pizza will source ingredients including vegetables, cheeses and cured meats locally whenever possible and focus on quality first and foremost. In addition to the classic varieties, PW Pizza plans to include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Beer lovers will be sure to find the perfect brew with 10 craft draught options and over 40 by the bottle to include specialty 750ml selections. In keeping with the original beer brewing history of the building several murals of historic St. Louis beer labels are planned for the interior walls.
The restaurant will have 75 seats in the dining room and an additional 12 at the bar. Take out will be a big part of the business and online ordering will be available.
