I am the founder of CreateSmartGoals which is a software designed for companies to assign goals to their employees.

Requisitos
We are looking for a re-design of our website - CreateSmartGoals.com. This will involve 2 pages a "Home" page & "Tour" page re-design.
We would like to keep the basic theme we have now.
We are aiming for a more professional, clean, and unique home page and tour that will tie into our existing "Pricing & Signup" and "Contact Us" pages.
No flash.

Home page:
We would like the main message "Manage Employee Goals" changed to "The Best Way to Manage Employee Goals" use caps as you see fit. This is the main message we want to be explained and understood.
The icons on the home page can be replaced with other images or icons.
Feel free to change background color if you have something more appealing that we can use throughout the website and that maybe stretches the whole width of the screen as one continual color instead of the separate colors that we have now.
A new spruced up menu would be nice.
Tour page: Feel free to use same format but if you have better way to fill up and light up the page more.
